Hello, My experience with Rhonda was extremely satisfactory. She was easy to contact, always answered every question and very pleasant with every call. She helped me through this process by being thorough and detailed. I appreciate her patience and diligence in helping me became a homeowner.

We will NEVER use this company again. We have waited 2 months for the appraiser this company chose to get our house we put an offer on appraised. After waiting, the appraiser pushed the date back TWICE which was another 2 weeks with nothing more from the company other than an apology and “we have had too many orders, but you are marked as hot” after paying $1,100!!! Then after this has been pushed 3 days after the date our report was assured would be completed and report submitted we were told that the appraiser is having software issues and another appraiser would be sent out to appraise the home and then the report would be finalized and submitted 2 weeks from now. I am pregnant and my husband and I already have 3 children living with my grandmother because our lease was up after being a

Mr Womack my loan officer was very professional every step of the loan process. He stayed in constant contact with me. All the employees that I had contact with where professional and courteous. Also, Mr Thompson the branch manager made sure everything was handled in a timely manner.
