My experience with VP Management has been consistently negative over the past six years. They appear to neglect the maintenance of their properties. We've been instructed to handle common area cleaning, such as mopping and sweeping hallways, and even tasks like salting staircases and property in winter. I believe these responsibilities should fall under property management. There have been significant issues with timely repairs. For instance, a critical plumbing issue in our building took approximately two years to be fully addressed. We experienced a period where we withheld rent due to the lack of resolution on this and other ongoing maintenance concerns. We had a lovely stay at the Englewood rental. The space was set up great for two families to share. The best part was all the beach gear provided 🏖️ The beds were also comfortable with nice linens. Thanks for hosting us!
