Pynchon Towne Houses

My husband and I had ten wonderful years at Pynchon Towne Houses! The owners, office manager, lawn and plow crews and maintenance were 100% efficient,courteous, timely and caring! We were sorry to leave, but a move to Agawam Senior Housing was imminent due to health issues. Thank you again to the Pynchon Towne House team. We wish nothing but the best for the new tenants at Apartment 10. In our opinion Pynchon Towne Houses are the best apartments in town!

Pynchon Towne Houses are very nice. It is located in a very quiet area. Sue was very patient with my husband and I in finding the perfect home for us. She kept us up to date, was punctual, flexible, friendly, and answered every question we had. I’m very thankful they had an opening. As the previous reviews stated, there is a washer and dryer in the basement and plenty of storage space for each town house. I highly recommend checking out this community.

New to the community and I’m excited to settle in and meet neighbors! The property manger Sue has been amazing from our first interaction. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. The owner Tim was also very kind and flexible which made me feel instantly welcomed. The property is conveniently located and management is extremely welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a townhouse rental with basement availability.

I have lived here for 9 years; that alone says something! The property manager, Sue, is a delight to work with. They are quick to respond to any requests. I’m in one of the original townhouses so my unit hasn’t had the updates that the new owner’s have been doing to all the units. They have done an impeccable job with all the units they have done over though! It’s a nice, quiet complex. I highly recommend checking them out!

Nice and spacious! Nice and quiet community and neighborhood! Thank you Sue for helping me find my new dwelling! Now it’s time to get to business and start enjoying it!! 😊
