Fridge barely big enough for anything (gallon of milk takes up more space than it should), never mind the freezer. Carpets were “bleached” but somehow had stains in every room except the bathroom.. since it was tile! Bathroom sink barely drained, heard my neighbors on the left, right, and over my head like they were sitting in the same room as me. Luckily I didn’t live there, my mother did but I was always there visiting... Glad I got her back he heck out of dodge.. no more words for this place. Lease with caution :)

My partner and I went to view a two-bedroom apartment here about two weeks ago. It says a lot about the landlord when you walk in to see an apartment and there is literally food in the kitchen sink from the last tenants that has been sitting there for god-knows-how-long, not to mention the stains splattered all over the carpets in each room. It was absolutely filthy. My partner and I also noticed that while we were in the bedroom we could hear the people in the next apartment sniffling... (can you say thin walls?) to be honest it seemed like Section 8 housing, and that is not to be rude to people on housing because I once was to, but that's what these apartments are like- cramped, stacked, dirty, and with a landlord who obviously does not care for the property.

what they don't tell you is, you have to sign one year lease agreements and you cannot break your lease. I saw 2 apts. both had ok carpet, nice fridges, but the stove is 2 feet wide electric made in the 60's, ovens did not work. You pay for electric in your name. Carpet was cleaned with bleach but worn with no padding and pet stains.

With all this pandemic situation, we were out of work just when we had to renew the lease. Lisa was very proactive looking for a solution to our situation without affecting us. We moved because of the situation, but it is a good place to live with a very good location.
