I wish I could break my lease and move out now. This place is so gross. I moved in about a year ago and it was beautiful. After the hurricane nothing was picked up, the landscaping looks awful, the garbage never gets picked up, the halls look awful, grass never gets cut. The pool area is disgusting. The gym is dirty. The gates are always open. Someone I know had their car stolen a few months back. Every weekend there are LOUD parties at the pool and people that don't live here sneak in. People bring like 10 kids and let them run around and bother people and scream. I honestly hate paying rent because I never use the amenities. how could you when they look like this? The fire pits have been broken since I moved in. The bikes are old and broken. I'm embarrassed to have guests. And there are

I currently live here and have genuinely enjoyed my experience, especially since the new management took over. They have made significant improvements throughout the property and much more responsive and proactive. The apartments are well maintained, the community feels safe, the staff genuinely cares about residents. Truly feels like home

I toured Vive last year when my best friend moved in, and honestly, it wasn’t great back then. Under the new property manager and staff, though, this community is flawless. The place is spotless, maintenance is fast, and the team truly cares about residents. The difference from last year to now is night and day. Vive is now one of the best communities ive toured

I have been living here for almost 2 years. It has definitely had its ups and downs. I was honestly very aggravated with all the change in management. We are on our 4th management team, but honestly, they are amazing!! They are always friendly and welcoming. Brandon has come in and really made a difference in the property. He sends out weekly emails with updates, upcoming events and providing contact information. They truly care about how their residents feel. They welcome suggestions/ideas to improve the property. I NOW love living here. Thank you Vive Team!! ❤️🥰

Hello I will like to congrats vive property for the beautiful property they have and for making me feel like I’m in a resort I live here and I haven’t have any situation that they don’t take care of right away I already lived 1 lease period and going for another one.
