I had the pleasure to work with Linda on a deal in Canton. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of buyers/sellers/brokers. Vital Title is extremely useful because they have visual checkpoint system built in to their emails showing buyers/sellers/brokers exactly where they are in the title process. I cannot stress how accessible and tentative Linda has been throughout the entire sale process. Linda deserves a 1100/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
