Vistas at Eastwood Apartments

My girlfriend and I have been living here since 2023, and plan to renew again for another 15 months. Very nice community to live in...convenient, clean, maintenance staff is always on top of any issues when they arise. The new management staff is great, they are providing an excellent level of customer service that was lacking with prior management. Emily and Jasmie were fantastic when my girlfriend stopped in to inquire about extending our lease. We were quoted with a great rate for our two bedroom unit. Very pleased with our overall living experience here at the Vistas!

Ishmael was absolutely fantastic throughout my experience. His professionalism and positive attitude played a huge role in my decision to consider this property. He was patient, informative, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Outstanding customer service like this really stands out!

I am extremely disappointed with how my application was handled by this apartment complex. I applied almost a month ago, paid the application fee, and received no communication afterward. I called every single day, multiple times a day, and no one answered the phone. When I finally got through last week, I was told they were transitioning to a new manager and that I would have an answer by Monday. Monday came and went with no call. I called again and was told to call back another day because the manager hadn’t approved it yet. Later that same day, I was told the leasing agent wasn’t in. I was then told to call back again in two days. When I called again, I was told they would call me within 30 minutes to get my application approved. Move in process was quick but the apartment was not ready for move in. The washer and dryer was left in the entry way, tools and paint buckets were laying around, closet doors were off their hinges and it was not properly cleaned. I’ve been a resident for over six months and the gates are still nonfunctional, my washer spills buckets of water when used, and the maintenance team completes work orders without fixing or seeing anything. There is also constantly piles of trash randomly left throughout the complex.

me and my buddy moved in here recently, the unit we moved into had issues and no solution was available as it was the end of the day, Ishmael personally stayed after hours and helped get us into a new unit and we could not be more thankful. this place is the best, Ishmael really saved us! We even bought him a gift!
