Vistara at SanTan Village

I am writing this review on behalf of Dustin because of the stellar maintenance service he always provides — I only wish a higher rating than “5 stars” would be available. From the start, as he introduced himself, Dustin was forthcoming and reflected a solid character. And he continues to prove himself to be very well-versed in his trade and very well-articulated, while always exceedingly accommodating — nothing is ever too much for him/everything is always resolvable, which I so appreciate (especially since I have a somewhat newly adopted young dog, who is still working through fear issues, requiring me to be home for entry — Dustin’s understanding in this regard always makes things much easier to manage). It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Kendra Kidd, at Vistara & Redstone .She and her staff do an outstanding job keeping the property well-maintained and running smoothly. Every time we’re called out for a job, everything is organized and ready to go — no time wasted. Her team is professional, responsive, and great to work with. You can really tell how well the property is managed by the way things operate. I truly appreciate the business and enjoy working with Kendra and her team!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I applied well over 2 months ago, the management company at the time was Olympus. I toured and loved the property and apartment layouts. I had to apply on paper because there “system was down”. I had gotten approved and sent over my price sheet but told it would take a little bit to get the lease over because of the system being down. 2 weeks later after hearing nothing from them I had checked the website and they were now a Mark Taylor apartment which was not disclosed to me that they were switching companies. Also when checking the website the unit I had applied for and gotten approved was still available on the website but the price increase $300. I called to ask them why and sent over my approval of application for that unit and the price quote on it. Their
