I'm dealing with home warranty company, American Home. The process is long and inconvenient if you have a weekend breakdown. Called in on a Thursday, plumber was dispatched on Friday. During this call, I met Xavier from Loyalty Home LLC. He inspected, verified a new tank was needed then explained he would report to the home warranty company, they have to approve and authorize the payment for a new tank. Well Monday late afternoon. I called and talked to the owner of Loyalty Home, he verified and got verbal authentication to complete the job. Early Tuesday his plumber Xavier came out and completed the job in minutes. Len and his team were amazing! We were buying a house from out of state and he was responsive, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. His timeliness was especially crucial in this market where housing is flying off the shelves. When he left town, he had another great agent from his team show us houses.
