After doing a lot of research for a builder to remodel our new home in Paradise Valley, AZ we chose Alair Homes. We had a few prospective builders come and talk to us about their vision for our project, and after friends of ours highly recommended Alair, we set up a meeting and we found that they had the best vision that matched what we wanted to accomplish. We worked closely with Jeff Gorszczyk (Managing Partner), Sammi Hernreich (Project Coordinator), and Taylor Glenn (Project Manager), as a team they listened to our needs and we came up with a plan. My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Alair for our remodel project. I am a retired contractor and builder so it was difficult to hand over the reigns. We only had to make one trip from Seattle to Scottsdale during the 3 month job and that was at the end of the project to do a walk through. Our project manager Taylor Glenn was fantastic. In the summer of 2019, we made a deliberate decision to add an elevator to our 2-story house. With our diminishing ability to climb stairs, we felt it was the best way for us to “Age in Place” and stay in our home of 13 years. The project, built between April and June 2020, created an outside hoistway for a specific interior elevator.
