Vista Village Apartments

Wonderful experience with Vista Village Apartments and Management. My family rented 2 apartments during our time there. Managers made our transfer smooth and stress free. Communication was always great from start to end. Maintenance is friendly and easy to work with as well. Neighbors were great. Over all a great community! Would definitely recommend and rent again in the future!

Great place to live, especially if you're in the military, only a 10 minute drive to the base. Management is great and easy to talk to. My only suggestion to make it better are new washer/dryers with updated credit/debit card machines. Other than that, I enjoyed my 2 and a half years that I lived there.

It is hard to find a positive here. There was a problem with the lease so my pet deposit was not applied properly so no pets without paying a second pet deposit. The whole apartment was dirty on move-in. There was something like glue on all the kitchen counters. It was over a month before they replaced the stove that the oven and 2 burners didn't work. In bathtub the plumbing was pulled away from wall and months to fix. The run for the wired internet is too long and has errors and they won't allow it to be fixed. When there is maintenance issues it can be weeks before they respond. There is paint on the floor along all of the baseboards. I could keep going but you get the picture.

I am a new resident and have been treated amazingly by the staff and maintenance. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and I love my apartment. Grounds are taken care of and Property Management is easy to talk to and get along with. Go Vista Village :).

This is one of the best places I have lived. Anytime I have a concern or question it is answered or taken care of. Maintenance is great any time I have submitted a work order it has been taken care of. And while they wait for parts they communicate with you.
