Erik is extremely personable and professional. His ethics impressed me as he went over every issue with me and gave his honest opinion on what needed repaired and what could wait. His inspection was very thorough and I appreciated the photos that were included with his report. He went out of his way to get me a preliminary report as our inspection window was tight. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend!!!
