Elizabeth has been excellent in our home buying search. She worked with our parameters and located several homes that fit our budget. I found a home that was above our budget, but had a lot of remodeling done with amenities my wife loved. Elizabeth was able to add it to the showings. Once we saw it, we were ready to move on it. This is another area where Elizabeth went above and beyond. She was able to keep on target the steps to complete before closing. A particular, although readily remedied problem was with the washer drain in the kitchen. We had gone back and forth with the buyer on the issue. Elizabeth got Roto-Rooter out and it was cleared immediately and we were able to close. We appreciated the initiative Elizabeth took to resolve this problem. She was always available for question
