Galeria De Coronado Townhomes

Galeria de Coronado is a great place to live! I love that they have bilt rewards as payment processing so I get reward points for rental payments! The application process was very straightforward and the property manager Anna is very extremely helpful ! David the maintenance technician has done several work orders in my home and he is very prompt, and thorough! The experiences and superb customer service I have received from Anna & David have made Galeria de Coronado an amazing place to live !

I highly recommend Galería de Coronado! Anna, the property manager, and David from maintenance are respectful, kind, and always quick to get things done. They’ve truly made our time here enjoyable.

I have lived here for about 21/2 months and am quite happy so far. I love the layout of the home and the property is very well maintained. Communication is great and maintenance is superior. I put in a maintenance request online and they were here in less than an hour. They then went out of their way to get what was needed to repair the issue right away so I didn’t have to wait for the needed part to be ordered. They are friendly and ready to help with any issues that arise.

I loved living in Galeria de Coronado. The units are open concept and have a small yard. The staff is terrific and brings the community together will hold annual events like a Halloween party for the kids. There is a pool for those who want to swim and It's close to shopping and sevice stores.

This community is amazing and very quiet. David the maintenance man is friggin awesome! Extremely dependable and very polite and cool.
