Vista Verde

This place is wonderful. The apartments are very nice and spacious. I wish they had a gym and elevator. The mangers Passion and Tiara are very professional, and helpful. They're always here to answer any questions or concerns. Henry and Roman are on top of maintenance. They keep the ground very clean. The service coordinator Christopher is the best. He is so positive and welcoming.

Vista Verde has been my home for a few years now. I have seen changes for the better. Precious genuinely cares for the tenants. She is always available if any issues arise or for a friendly short conversation, she and Tierra will always welcome you with a smile. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Keep up the great work ladies!!

Cons: These building apartments have three floors with no elevator. Not allowed to grill food outside. Rooms don’t have any built in light bulbs. Living area doesn’t have built in light bulbs as well. So be prepared to bring lamps. Only the kitchen, hallway, storage space and bathroom have light bulbs. Balcony and patio floor are made of hardlike stucco cement so if you have little ones outside make sure to be careful they don’t get hurt. I put wooden flooring on my balcony and it has helped a lot. No laundry outlets inside apartments. Pros: apartment comes with refrigerator, stove with oven, dish washer, spacious bathroom. Furnished kitchen. Playground and pool area. Fan in living area only. This is all for a two bedroom apartment. Interesting events in community room, mostly for kids.

Not wheelchair friendly for up stairs... not enough security for car break ins... trash in parkinglot from outside people not living in apartments... needs more security
