I’ve worked with Randy for over nine years now and every loan is consistently a great experience, with way above average service. As a realtor, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of different lenders yet, Randy is the only one that consistently earns my business year after year. He’s insanely knowledgeable about all the products and is patient with the customer (and me!) when we need help. This is the best Loan Officer out there. If I can trust him with my home loan, so can you.

This company purposely drops the ball on modifications. The underwriting department DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!! They constantly overlook submitted documents claiming they’ve never been received. They give out incorrect information to the clients!!! No one communicates directly with you, although they are supposedly assigned to you. No emails, no phone calls, directly from anyone. They are severely impacting my livelihood with their lack of incompetence and organization. Customer service is always nice, but underwriting hides with no communication and they constantly make mistakes!!!!!

Our loan offer was Randy Perre and let me tell you AMAZING! Many of us are anxious when it comes to someone looking over your finances and or when they give advice , but he is the most upfront and honest person you can ever meet in this business, his attention to detail is impeccable, my husband and I sold and purchased and the transition was smooth. There was a hiccup with our purchase because of.an issue with a solar contract but it did NOT phase him, he explained the concern and laid out the options on how to proceed, and now as of 2/1 we are in our new home , thank you Randy for all that you did!

Randy was absolutely amazing to my wife and I. He was always available even though we worked odd hours and so extremely knowledgeable. Further more, he genuinely cared about us making the best financial purchase for our situation and gave us sound advice when we weren’t sure what was best. Randy took such great care of us and I will always recommend him to anyone I know buying. I am telling you, you cannot find better than him in the mortgage process. He was so good at communicating with us and giving updates on the process we were never worried. Thank you again for making the process so easy for us Randy!
