I stopped by last week to get some information about an apartment. I loved this property, definitely one of my first choices. Jessica was so nice, professional, and helpful. I am looking forward to touring when a 2 bedroom is available. Definite 5 stars!

To begin, I've been a resident in this complex for over eight years, observing the comings and goings of owners and managers. It's important to note that my rating is not directed at the current office staff, Jessica and Jonathan, who deserve a commendable 5-star-plus rating for their exceptional work despite being thrust into a challenging situation. Instead, my average rating is focused on the owners and Cushwake.

Renew Mills is a great place to stay. Chris the maintenance manager is very friendly and always gives a helping hand when you call to fix any apartment issues. It was a pleasure knowing him and become friends with him over the years. He made our stay in the community easy and pleasurable.
