I inquired about the community for a family member in December. They moved in within the week . The process was really smooth. The staff is super friendly. Candice is awesome & Works efficiently to insure my family felt at home.

Im a two-time tenant at Vista Verde. Once in 2008 for a year. Came back in August 2015. Just moved out in December 2024. I've had my share with Vista Verde Apartment and management. But this review is to highlight and acknowledge one leasing office property manager that I can appreciate. Ms April R. cares about the tenant. Over my nine (9) years, I've seen many come and go. She may not be able to correct every issue and/or concerns you have, but she tries. She follows up, she responses, she will be straightforward with you. I can respect her competence and patience with me and other tenants, and possible future tenants that I've seen. So thank you Ms April, I appreciate all that you've done, did, and will do for others. Keep it up. Your value helps Vista Verde, so don't stop nor forget,

Just moved in. Really nice place to live April is amazing she has helped me throw the whole move in process and made everything go smoothly.
