This has been the most fastest and quickest application I’ve ever been to (Miss LORY)is awesome. The front desk was amazing they made you feel so at home. She is an absolute godsend woman just great at her job, loves what she does and makes me feel so confident about living there soon. Can’t wait. I’m so excited. 10 out of 10 would recommend anybody who’s looking for an apartment to start out or just great qualities service.❤️🫶🏼

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the office staff is professional and helpful. Alex the manager is very professional and welcoming. The community feels safe and quiet, which is very important to me. Overall, it’s been a positive place to call home.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Rise! The community is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the amenities are exactly what I need. What really makes this place stand out, though, is Ms Lorana and every team member from the leasing office to maintenance is friendly, professional, and truly cares about residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and gone above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, but this community delivers that and more. I’m very happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience!

I been praying for a apartment and get out of the hotel and budget suite. Actually have a home. Lory went above and beyond and reached in the starts to make this happen. Potential renters should be aware that this complex enforces a strict no-flexibility policy. Eviction is filed after the 6th of the month, regardless of circumstances. If you need understanding or consistent communication from management, consider looking elsewhere. Even when work orders take months to be completed, rent must still be paid in full before the 6th to avoid eviction filing. Just food for thought in today’s economy. *update: the apartments are not worth the amount offered… roaches… maintenance does a poor job… office staff never answers… so far on…
