I would like to share my experience with the individual who assisted me. His name is Luis. He is an exceptionally pleasant person, easy to converse with, and conducive to engaging in meaningful discussions. I have read several reviews, and I must say that I have only recently moved in and have not yet encountered any roaches. Therefore, it is possible that there have been changes in the apartments. I have been residing in the apartment for approximately six days. The only aspect that I was more disappointed about was the shower not being replaced. I genuinely believe that this was beyond his control. I have recently moved to vista palmas apts and I have to say that the experience so far has been great the personal it’s super communicative very helpful I’m very happy to live here everything is clean and new .í recommend 100% .

I have a family member who lives there with her kids and my goodness is it infested with roaches, they don't seem to do anything about it. About every apartments has them. I've been looking elsewhere for them. I'm not sure who's managing it, but it needs to be managed better and the apartments need to be looked into from a health perspective.

It's unfortunate that this company rehired this person as a manager. I actually worked with this person and she is a character. My daughter moved in this past month, her first apartment and the worst experience ever. The apartment was nasty dirty, and no water for over a week. I emailed the manager and she was rude unprofessional. She threaten my daughter to deny her application due to my involvement. I'm happy to say she is no longer there and the new manager has been helpful and getting all issues in my daughter's apartment repaired or replaced.
