William, is very pleasant to work with. He suggested what was best for us, we wanted a house and was having a hard time with the whole outbid situation in Florida after COVID. Then he suggested "why not build?" I was resistant as i knew nothing about construction. He made everything so easy and put us in touch with the right people at the right time, helped us find the perfect lot, the perfect builder and we will forever be thankful for him cz we are living in our dream house.
