We have been working with homeowners and a general contractor and the realtor refuses to call back. Our clients tried to make an offer but the realtor refused to even send a text back name Yalmer. Now the general contractor has lost their clients and we have lost opportunity for a new construction and making money. The owners of this company should seriously address this matter. Sick or not sick, someone should take on eachothers work load.

I had the opportunity to work with Chad Anderson to handle the sale of a small vacant lot as an out of state seller. Chad was immensely helpful & responsive throughout the entire sale, even driving well out of his way to view the lot and post signage. Due to some issues on my end, it ended up being quite a complicated transaction which took months of legal proceedings to facilitate the sale. Despite the issues on my end, and it being quite a small transaction, Chad was extremely positive and was able to keep the deal alive. Chad went way above and beyond expectations and I could not be happier with how he handled my sale. I would recommend Chad 10 out of 10 times, and if I ever need an agent in Florida again - Chad will be my first call! Thank you Chad!!
