If you move here you’ll be in great hands with the management, Wendy is such a great asset to this company. She treats every tenant with such a caring and listening ear and does her best to accommodate to your needs. I have so many good things to say about her and her amazing service. Sadly, RTD Accessa ride door-to-door transportation doesn’t serve this address otherwise this would’ve been a consideration. These apartments are modernly built and nice.

I lived here going on three years and I do like it so management is nice. I’ve had no issues.

Very nice and spacious apartments, secured buildings with plenty of parking.

Management horribly involved with residents lives. No grass, no privacy and landlord lives on property. Lauren the landlord involves herself in every day life of each resident. Not too mention she is lost and inept when it comes to the actual paperwork process as it can take up to a month just get leased. Dogs without leashes, constant notices on doors for petty reminders..etc. Awful management makes this place unlivable so glad to be outta there. Dont waste your time at 2,000 $ per unit not worth it.

Everyone was really nice and helpful and love the view.
