Highly recommend using Spartan to start your journey into syndications. The staff at Spartan is responsive, easy to contact and highly knowledgeable. Spartan is very well organized and provides timely communication and reports on your investments. The investor portal is very transparent and easy to navigate. Each new offering memorandum is well laid out and provides easy to understand pro forma projections accompanied by the “why” for each deal. At a minimum, it’s worth getting on their email distribution and see for yourself.
