Karl was so kind and responsive during the entire process of joining GW. From the tour all the way to post-move in, he’s been lovely. I appreciate his quick response time (even during a holiday!) along with his quick adaption to shifts in timing/logistics of my move-in. He communicates very clearly. I’m grateful to have his energy be the first touchpoint for anyone joining this community. Also, day one of moving in, I had a small maintenance issue. Mike was quick to resolve the issue and has been very friendly when I’ve seen him around the building. Karl was thorough in communicating the stages of the maintenance process as they occurred. We truly can’t say enough good things about Karl. From day one, he has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything that comes up. He genuinely cares about the people and businesses in the building, and it shows in every interaction. Karl is always friendly, patient, and thoughtful — even with our dog, which means a lot to us.
