I have been a resident for the last few months and haven't had a month go by without a problem. Recently , my apartment flooded from a broken a/c pipe. They put us into a smaller courtesy suite that we had to ask for a equivalent one bedroom. The head of maintenance Angel and leaseing office manager Kristen are now claiming that the apartment is habitable and has been even though the water has been off with no ac, industrial dehumidifier, and fans going non-stop. As they are telling me this, there was an AC man currently working on my apartment without our knowledge so my family could not have been able to be in my apartment. Even without the repairman there, the baseboards in the bathroom , front area, closet were removed. As well as, still waiting for the mold test results. I spoke with

I am not a tenant, as the fees pushed me a little too far out of my price range. However, I want to recognize Christina for giving me such a thorough tour. She was bubbly, authentic, clearly cared about residents. I can tell resident life is just amazing. She was very honest about some of the flaws of living here (weird pricing between units that are similar, many of them do not have stoves yet from the previous building owners). If Aurum corporate reads this, Christina deserves a raise for giving such a great tour and taking amazing care of the residents. Thank you Christina!

I’ve lived at Aurum for almost 4 years, since they opened in 2022. Things were a bit rocky when I initially moved in as management was still getting their footing, but after some weeks it got much better. However, over time management has become more and more difficult to work with and the conditions have also worsened. Cars are regularly broken into and stolen out of the back parking lot, and nothing is ever done to prevent them. Dog attacks are happening more and more frequently. Random fees are sporadically added onto our bills that don’t align with our rent agreements. I’ve come to terms with living next to a noisy motorcycle dealership, smelling the fumes and cleaning the soot coming from the expanding quarry behind the building, and the frequent power and internet outages. I just signed my lease at Aurum Apartments in Golden, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the property and the leasing experience. From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and welcoming—but I especially want to recognize Gus, who has been an absolute gem throughout the process. Gus went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, even offering to show the property at the end of the day and staying late to finalize paperwork. His flexibility, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Though this apartment complex isn’t the route I’m choosing. The staff was insanely nice and made the tour very enjoyable! Definitely seems like a cool community to be a part of if you have the opportunity!
