I’ve lived at Vista Bella Apartments for some time now, and I can confidently say the experience has been nothing short of amazing—largely thanks to Tara, the property manager. From day one, Tara has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home. She’s responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents and the community. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or just being available with a friendly smile and helpful attitude, Tara brings a level of dedication that’s rare to find. She’s organized, efficient, and always on top of things—which gives everyone peace of mind knowing the property is in good hands. Look elsewhere if possible Frequent Management Changes Risk Avoidance: Changing management companies can be a way for property owners to avoid being tied to long-term issues or contracts I've also noticed a pattern around one manager staying for the eviction of certain people until that's complete and then they leave which usually lasts six to eight months and I've witnessed firsthand that through all of this they will not make an attempt to evict their two Watch Dogs and by switching out management they can pretend and sidestep the accountability for issues that the two Karen's have caused. We received a very vague notice to have the balcony cleaned off and now many residents have received a lease violation for disrupting business operations?? Tara is the most rude and unprofessional apartment manager I have ever encountered. If the owners read these reviews please help us. We really just wanted more information about what’s wrong with the construction on the balcony that it needs to be fixed since the complex is less than 6 years old. I was going to renew my lease but not after the way Tara talked to me today.

Cons: Moving in last year, there was a stench/ stains from pet urine on some of the carpet. I had to remove them myself. A lot of people dump bed frames and mattresses into the dumpster, filling it up very fast. Also the playground area is very small. The pool is closed for most of the year. Also the management has switched twice since Ive been here which makes bringing up concerns or visiting the office very inconvenient at times. Pros: The apartments are actually kind of nice and come with a refrigerator (with freezer and Ice Maker), a stove and a dishwasher. Not too many options for storage, but there is an outdoor closet on the balcony. The new manager is very kind and seems to be more available than previous managers. I received a text from an unknown Virtual VAtendant saying to click on AI link and pay $ I did not owe. When I talked to manager about this she was very defensive and non-helpful. Lots of restricted breeds . Manager seldom on property. Speaks rudely to me.
