Cody park road, trees, boat ramp and the beach the play ground the pavillion area are so nice. Thank you to Cathy, Andrew, Jay, Richard and the Board and crew Great job by all !! lucky to have lived here for 30+ years.

You would think this would be a horrible place to visit, on par with the typical DMV, but it's exactly the opposite. Very friendly people who are always happy to go out of their way to assist property owners. It feels like they must live here also, and they treat you like friends and neighbors. The Lago Vista POA is nothing at all like your typical bureaucratic HOA. We are lucky to have them here in Lago.

This POA takes great care of their parks. Their annual dues are surprisingly low considering all they offer, including a private gym, pool access, 9 private lakefront parks, a fishing hole, and a camp ground where you can bring tour RV or tent camp for cheap. It’s nice to know that our parks are private. I feel safer there knowing that the parks are maintained by people who care about keeping them nice - and secure. They will stop you if you don’t have a POA parking sticker or guest pass. This was annoying after I got a new car, but it also gives me peace of mind knowing that they truly regulate who uses the parks. Thanks LVPOA for giving my kids clean and safe places to play and swim!

Just bought a lot and went buy to get my access card. They were so nice and friendly, just what you'd expect with Texas hospitality! Very helpful people. They did a great job.
