VIP Property Management

Worst HOA management company! They are own and managed by Kopf builds who forced them upon their developments of a log term contract. We had damage from a tornado back in early August 2024 (7+ months ago) that took the HOA over a month (6+ months ago) to get a signed contract in place to clean up and remove the dead trees causing a hazard to our property. They claim they can’t doing anything (including firing the vendor and hiring a new one) to do the work. Now both Kopf and the HOA management company can’t even reply to an email giving an update after another storm came through causing large limbs from the trees they were going to remove 6+ months ago caused damage to our property.

Kopf should stick with building and not trying to make extra revenue managing properties. As a previous board member, the property manager that our association had to work with was in way over their head. Before any association even considers VIP as their property management company, Kopf needs to hire qualified and certified property managers.

Over the 17 years we have lived in a development (Legacy Pointe) where VIP Mgmt is supposed to handle the perks of our neighborhood that we pay them for, they have generally provided what they are supposed to do. This year, however, despite having doubled the housing and therefore doubled the people paying for the same set of services, they have not been able to handle any of the services they are supposed to provide. Our pool is closed, our gym is padlocked shut, and the tennis courts, which are now our only source of recreation, are in terrible disrepair. The nets are badly ripped with huge holes in them. The courts are so cracked and water-logged most of the time. The VIP Mgmt. has completely reneged on their responsibilities to our community.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst management company ever.
