Gamellia Construction Corporation

We bought a 6 year old Gamellia home in 1988. It had a few interior settlement cracks at door corners of the portion built on a slab. We patched them and painted. They reappeared and we noticed settlement of the front and back porch slabs. I felt sick. The house was now 8 years old. We called a Jim Gamellia and he came to investigate. He then mobilized equipment to dig, jack, and install piers all around the slab perimeters. The work made a mess of the landscaping, and I thought, “Well, at least our house is no longer sinking,”. Then, the landscaper showed up and fixed ALL the landscaping! We paid nothing. We were not even Gamellia customers. We had purchased a “used” and “out of warranty” home. It was a wonderful response by a responsible contractor. When the work was complete

Visited the office in person requesting a call regarding a full master bath remodel quote. After two weeks I didn't even receive an acknowledgement of my request, phone or otherwise. Appears to be just another contractor that doesn't understand customer service. If you're fully booked at the moment, you still reach out and contact potential customers promptly to provide an estimate of your availability.

Jim did our sewer separation, new driveway, water proofed our basement and added irrigation to our backyard since it was a swamp every spring. He did a fantastic job
