Update: 12/03/2019 Roof leak in bedroom over looking garage area for the past 5 years. Vintage doesn’t contact roofer in appropriate amount of time and fails to inform homeowner of progress related to a permanent fix. Every winter Vintage management approves roofing patch after water damage has occurred in same spot for years. Vintage and it’s employees are incompetent and lack management skills. Don’t have this company manage any of your properties. The gardening is still a problem every week at Raintree condos. We have contacted vintage management via email and phone and nothing gets done. Erica and her supervisor I forgot her name but will update when I remember gives excuses on why a professional landscape company does not remove weeds, edge grass, or pick up trimmings. -5 Stars!! This is a weekly complaint from our townhomes. With no access to our paid amenities in the last 5 years (Tennis court, Pool & Spa) and no help for things like this that are happening on an inexcusable basis. I'm starting to think this company is owned by a bunch of thevies. I'd like my money to be used for what I pay for.

Where do I start...lazy, ignorant, lazy, no attention to detail, lazy, slow to respond, lazy....They should have their license taken away. Storage trailer, with graffiti and mounds of trash on property and left unattended. No effort to clean up and remove. Should be zero stars. Appears I'm one of a long line of unhappy people. No surprise!

Opposite of many of the reviews, I have had only excellent responsiveness and professional behavior. I worked with Vintage at getting my CC&Rs and purchasing my keys and fobs to the amenities. I contacted Vintage to get information about the pool and spa. I needed policy directives about getting permits for future improvements. And lately, I got help during a minor plumbing emergency during a holiday weekend. At each issue was quick responsiveness, clear direction and a courteous tone. The folks there do try to get right to the root of an issue. There must have been some drastic improvements since some of the negative reviews were posted.

Yes, I love going down to the office and they answer all my questions very courteous, very nice. Very good people.
