I found his appraisal style completely bias to Prince George's county. I told him about the heated floors in 3 bathrooms along with many other home details, down to $110 p/sq ft granite. He seemed very unmoved. I asked “If the home were in a home in Potomac, would you give value for the high-end granite?” he said “That’s Potomac. Do you think people around here care about $110 p/sq ft granite?” I told him that people here do care and that a high ranking military person is selling to another high ranking military family and all parties did care”. In 13 years I haven't ever been off on my home listing values, until this guy did the appraisal. His prejudice was apparent relative to the area and home's amenities within the area compared against Montgomery County where his office is based.

Mr. Vinson provided outstanding services for my recent appraisal. He was easy to communicate with, he showed up and was incredibly professional, and his appraisal was thorough and well written. I would hire him again any time!
