Elisabetta has been very helpful contacting the right personnel to deal with property drainage outside underground drain lines back-up from the sump pump. This overflow back-up is affecting the property outer structure via erosion. Still awaiting response from the folks she contacted. Also, Elisabetta was extremely prompt in responding to questions we have over potential HOA overbilling and another problem with missing venting covers under the rear roof eaves. Currently awaiting response from those that she contacted. Elisabetta has also been extremely helpful in helping us navigate all the HOA sites. Stephen & Judy Wallace

Recently Elisabetta was a big help to me with 2 problems that we had with our home at BBC. A ”pop up” in our front yard was broken and needed to be replaced. Elisabetta called an area manager from McFall & Berry and he came by and replaced it the next day for free! She also discovered and corrected a mistake I had made with my monthly homeowners payment resulting in a very nice refund to me! Thanks very much Elisabetta. Several weeks ago I submitted a very positive narrative review about how Elisabetta was a big help with two problems I had. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention and only posted 1 star when I should have posted 5 stars. I hope that the mistake has been properly corrected.

I’ve called these people 15 times today, guess how many times they answered…. In the handful of unfortunate years I’ve dealt with them not one of those experiences were positive. They have changed payment mechanisms multiple times with little to no support or guidance. The few unfortunate opportunities I had to speak with a human, they were unkind, unhelpful and were eager to get you off the phone Speaking of their phone system: if you call you just get hung up on. No waiting queue, nothing. One moment you’re dialing the number another, you’ve been hung up on. Do your jobs; if you don’t want to or too incompetent to then try the county dump. They always have room for trash.

Elizabetta was more than helpful and gracious in helping me untangle my HOA payment error. In addition, she spent a great deal of time explaining the rules and procedures regarding landscaping the area surrounding my condo. It is wonderful to have a person on site to help us navigate the rules and various issues that can occur in a development like ours. Many thanks!!!
