Very nice places but they have Mus musculus house mouse coming out of no where and they only come out at night. In the townhouse Traps are not working Don’t know what to do Tried calling the people that do exceptions They didn’t see any mouse droppings so they didn’t do anything
I've lived at this property for 2 1/2 years. As many times as the office staff changes (which is too often) its sad to say the demeanor and professionalism does not! The staff does not help or respond to issues in a timely fashion. They are rude when speaking with tenants. A Staff member actually hung up on me. Its seems they do not follow guidelines or speak to you as if you are ignorant. This is supposed to be a helpful property.
This place is the worst no one never in that rental office the so called young girl work there she’s no help to anyone this place is so unprofessional it’s crazy since I been on this property it’s been 6 over turns in that place and everyone that put there they don’t know anything they pay them to not help you I’m so discussed with this place had to give it 1 star you deserve 0 stars something really has to be done at The Town Center Place do not Move Here will be moving soon smh so Bad
