I typically refrain from writing negative reviews as I have been in property management myself as a leasing agent in the past, I would love to work the proper “channels” and chains of command to solve issues but the office is almost never opened except for 3 days per week when I am working. Let me begin by I’ve been living here since December of 2024. My issue with this place is the maintenance of not only the units, but the outside property. Trash is constantly strewn around and this has been a particular uptake in trash in my building. Trash is also thrown around the dumpsters and never inside of it. My unit in particular has had CONSISTENT problems with the A/C and I have a young son. This is the 3rd or 4th A/C cooling issue I have had and it’s always a “quick fix” and never permanent

So I was supposed to go on a tour of this complex. I received 10 emails and 15 text messages to confirm the time and day. 4 the day of. That is not an exaggeration that is truly the amount of times. Nobody showed. I called and no one answered and 3 hours later nothing. No apologies or answers. Despite already the red flags being given. I was able to talk to a kind current resident. She told me about how water is shut off or that you will have no hot water at seeming random times. She said there is never any at the office to fix these problems. Even worse they ILLEGALLY ENTERED her complex and refuse to answer her for any meeting to discuss. So I wish her the best and hope that this can warn others about this complex.

Do not recommend living here. The only upside is that you are in Edmond and it is a good location. The whole complex is very rundown and dirty. If you need to speak with management or the leasing office good luck with that. They refuse to return your phone calls or emails. They will however make their AI software reach out to you. The office hours make no sense but it doesn't matter because they're never there anyway. There's also no security and there is a lot of outside traffic coming in and out Maintenance has been really good despite everything

No one in the office, not even during posted hours, no one answers the phones, parking lot isn't lit. Nor do I have a front porch light that I can control. And as everyone else has said there is constantly no hot/no water. Also people sitting everywhere including directly outside my window just camped out. Edited. Communication here does not exist. The maintenance enters whenever they want. Which you agreed to in your lease. I've been waiting over 2 months for a financial meeting and they claim I've had meetings with them yet the meetings they are claiming we have had they never showed up for because no one is ever in the office. The ONLY saving grace of this office was Claire and she mysteriously up and disappeared overnight. Moved out and all.

Horrible apartments. The many new and 5 star reviews have to be fake. Safe? Communication? Upkeep? None of that here. If you want no water, no hot water randomly when the water is working,sketchy people, nobody in office to help,break ins, randomly waking up to your car towed for no reason, drug users, kids throwing rocks at your cars, broken and way way overpriced washer and dryers in a dirty out building, trash all over the sidewalks and street. Overflowing trash cans and just trash in general all over. Windows screwed shut, air hardly works. Your filters will be full after a week even when buying the best kinds. You wanna move in and list everything that is wrong but nobody fixes anything? A random text message is the communication you will receive. 24 hour notice for pest control? Nope
