Security Financial Mortgage

If I could give a zero star review I would this gentleman Jason 90 days ago pre-approved me alone by myself on the loan without any help or co-signer. Had me come to his office with my wife go over two different contracts and pick one and tell me that we're going to put it on a 90-day hold so that my price or interest doesn't move that it'll stay locked in at the contract that we went over 90 days later today he tells me that I am no longer approved that the market has moved and then I need a cosigner now he then commits to tell me to shut up and let him talk or the conversation is over I've already told my whole family my landlord and I have nowhere to go and have two weeks to move I do not recommend him which is sad because he was so nice and helpful just to ruin it by being rude at the

I was very, very happy with the mortgage I got with Kendal. I talked to several mortgage companies before talking to him, and he was the only one who was honest and straightforward. I asked lots of questions (LOTS of questions), and he always answered them clearly. He won't try to trick you or confuse you. He has integrity and wants to get the best deal for you. His team was helpful and friendly, too. I couldn't recommend this company any higher, ten stars. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another mortgage.

Great experience with Security Financial Mortgage. Kendal let me know right off the bat what I could afford and was able to communicate everything I needed effectively and in a timely manner. He even provided his advice with different rates (insurance, etc) in the area. Once I found the house I wanted, his team worked quickly to see to that we get it locked in. Great experience. Great overall experience, reliable and extremely knowledgeable- will definitely be a return customer! We were first time home buyers and ended up making an offer on 2 homes before we found the one we are thankfully in. Through that process, Kendal was always patient and available at the drop of a hat.
