John was an excellent choice for our home inspection. We were first time homebuyers that had a ton of questions, and John made it his goal to walk us through everything in an easy to understand manner. You can tell that he truly takes pride in his work and wants to provide a great service. We had an interesting situation where John was able to detect an issue that should have been addressed by a previous inspector. He gave us the proper verbiage to include in our TRR document and asked if he could swing by (free of charge) after repairs were done to ensure they were executed perfectly. Highly recommend John.
