My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years! It has been a very nice place to live. We love how close it is to everything. We’re never more than a few minutes from a coffee shop, park, or work! The neighborhood is very safe and the amenities are nice and well kept!

I just like to say I haven’t even moved in YET. Paying crazy fees that are non refundable is ridiculous. $75 fee for application. $250 for admin. Base rent ended up being calculated more after adding on rental insurance. I don’t know if I was applying for a Federal Job or an apartment after asking for paystub, lease agreement, bank statements, employment verification, yes that’s standard procedure. But if you don’t comply it’s a different story. In today’s world some folks as myself work 10 hour shifts. So just get to the point what you need and let the process be smooth. I calculated not making 3x the rent. But how can you calculate when the base rent has changed. To much control, to much energy. I just gave $275 of my monies. I lived here for about 7 months now, application process is straightforward and the staff is amazing. I recently had to move to a larger apartment to welcome my family and the process was smooth and fast. Great and standard amenities (gym, nice kid-friendly pool, business room) always appreciated when needed. Highly recommend.

Me and my family moved in a little over a month ago and we love it. The staff is very helpful when move in and make sure to explain everything up front. The area is very well kelp and quiet. They have awesome on site amenities which are also well kept and is in a great area as it’s close to everything you may need!

I have lived here for a year now and I have enjoyed my time here! Staff is supportive and responsive, as well as maintenance team. Area is quiet and peaceful and a great location. Definitely recommend!
