Vincennes BMV Branch

Everybody noticed the lack of detailed good reviews... a little shady. Complete lack of common Sense and they don't tell you anything. Expect to be left in the dark about updates, or getting them maybe 4 days later after it actually mattered. I'm still waiting on a driver's test manual 🤷. I went to go take my driver's test and there were these two women right behind me loudly shit talking a person that one of them just helped. All I could focus on was their shit talking, now I have to wait 7 days because of some unprofessional, lackluster, rude women.

Had to do many trips to get my license and vehicle registration done as their are a few individuals that like to be sticklers to the process, which is good for newly trained personnel, but lacks efficiency as return customers want to continue where they left off versus repeating all the entire steps as possible. I give praise as the processes are in existance, but the quality of the processes in place and let alone the personnel requires more training and quality management to be successful and able to meet satisfactory requirements of the public and not the state government. Looking back at how the operation ran, alot of it was out of either Indiana State or myself controls as I was coming from liberal state of New York that is full of corruption and failed processes that failed to upda

We visited this branch on Saturday March 1st, 2025 after a very serious issue came about the night before. The branch manager and Kaylan were very helpful and fixed our problem right away. We were very thankful for their attentiveness to our issue.

Took an elderly man (87) to a license branch they made him walk back to a kiosk touch screen that he didn’t know how to use that she still would t help at the desk came out to kiosk messed around trying to make him do it out there

The last 2 times I have went in this branch the ladies where very helpful and understanding and helped me get a title straightened out. They will keep getting my business at this branch. I will never go back to sullivan or linton indiana.
