I bought my first home from Bob Hanson at Bairds. Quick and smooth transaction from beginning to end!! Even after the home was set up and complete, he made sure we were taken care of and satisfied! 11/10 WOULD recommend!!!
Me and my husband lost our home to a fire. So that being said it took 7 months for our home to be delivered and set up. All is good if we would have ordered our home from the factory and not accepted a show model on the lot. One thing is true is that Robert (Bob) Hanson was as honest as they come. He was very understanding and helped with any concerns and still is. Very honest man. Hailey was with me as our home was set up and took care of what needed to be done. I would recommend Beards Of Vincennes to anyone. Plenty of homes on site to chose from or order from the factory. Very beautiful homes. Also well priced.
I bought an Adventure home from Baird Homes and Vincent’s in 2021. The best experience anyone could ever ask for. Bob Hanson was the best sales guy ever. He made our dream home come true. Great experience from the first time I talked to Bob to All the way through the one year bumper-to-bumper warranty that they honored and fixed everything. They fixed everything from floor to ceiling then they even asked if there was anything else they could fix.

From the first visit, the team was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Bob in particular was awesome. He took the time to walk us through different modular/manufactured home options, explained the differences in a way that actually made sense, and helped us narrow down a floor plan that fit both our budget and what we wanted.
