The Summit at Maple Park

I lived here for less then a year, went i first moved in i was charged 40 bucks for rent then when i got the lease it said i agreed to pay 15 for a partial month. I asked about it and they said i would get the remaining as credit for the month after, that didnt happen. As soon as i got the free wifi hooked up they turned it off without any notice to the community. The first week i moved in i didnt have air and i had to beg for them to come look at the unit then after that for a air conditioner. Once i got to looking around there was black mold in the closet and under the sink. All My outlets either didnt work or where loose. my shower leaked and wouldnt turn on unless you turned the nozzle a certain way and every time i put a work order in they would go theough and claim it was fixed when

I have lived here for 3 years now and it took then 2 years to fix my garbage disposal and drains. Now we have issues with trying to figure out just who it is and where it is exactly that we pay our rent. The property has been through 3 different companies in the last year. They want to send lease violations our now yet they aren't holding up to what our lease states that we have signed either. I have not seen nor used a working washer and dryer the entire time I have lived here. Yet they say they are provided. I have paid my rent the last 3 months online as the last notice we received stated to do. However I get a paper under my door saying I owe 270 and have to move in 30 days for none payment... standing in my living room just last week I hear the new office manager state she is doing w

Rent is reasonable and has free cable and internet while all utilities are included. This place has gone downhill there is no maintenance and no cable anymore. And your safety is a considerable risk to add to the kaos not only physically but mentally.

I would never recommend anyone move here, I know people that live at the complex and have not had heating or air for many years, they do not take care of the tenants, by far the worst management I have ever seen in my life

Well my.personal opinion has actually changed regardless of what property management thinks of me mainly because I know they were mislead by me . Plus I think the manager actually needs a pay raise to deal with the critters that live their wow hats off to you dear ! Your perfect for the job ! Keep up good job !
