Villas of Edmond

Recently spoke with Aurora and was very pleased with her patience, knowledge of the facility requirements. She answered Every one of my questions and couldn't be more helpful. Because of her approach and kindness I'm applying for an apartment (Villa) there. Building looks clean and the apartments look Well maintained and large. Love them. Hope to live there soon. Manager is 🗑️ refusing to pay vendors for work being done and then the lies she makes when trying to speak with corporate. She refused to provide information to reach someone above her. She was literally yelling and not giving anyone an opportunity to speak. She's probably lonely. Don't send your family members here. She will probably yell at them and mistreat them. They also have issues with bed bugs and water leaks. Good luck.

Very disappointed in how business is handled at these apartments. My mother in law came in a few months ago they told her to come back and fill out an application when she actually turns 62 years old but no one has literally been available for 2 weeks! Not answering phones, left multiple voicemails, nor has anyone been physically available for 2 weeks? Does anyone even work in a office there? The most frustrating situation trying move a 62 year old Senior citizen into a nice apartment with the feeling of being avoided. The most horrible service in Edmond, OK.

We know we can't please everybody but my take is that the manager is pretty conscientious about her job and really cares about the residents.

It is a wonderful senior community the building is for the 60years plus age group and offers a safe and independent place for seniors to live among their peers.
