On top of the bugs you get when you move it .. I mean like there a dead pile of idks in my light fixture since I moved in too but anyway... I don't understand why you gotta charge me to pay rent ...this new portal thing is cool but cmon last website was only like 7 .... ik ik lousy 3 $ but also cmon yall gotta charge everyone?!?! 😴 its great thoo, love the natural environment.

After a devastating rental situation with a previous apartment complex, I came in to tour an apartment. Miguel showed me around and explained everything to me. He put me at ease and made me feel like I was making the right decision. The property is beautiful and has been newly renovated. My favorite part of the property are the smart locks. It gives the property a high tech vibe. UPDATE: I put in the application and no one ever reached back out to me. I physically went up there twice to view 2 different apartments because they didn’t have the large 1 bedroom available initially. I have no idea if I got denied, but my belief is that the application never got processed. It’s been a month. They seem unorganized. I moved into another apartment complex that seems to be better maintained.

This is a beautiful and quiet property. I have been living here two years and all of my neighbors are well kept and polite. Mr. Richard is an amazing property manager. I got moved in and the apartment was clean and well painted. I love the quietness I get at all times of day and night and feel very safe with the gated in community and the door locks are really cool. Thank you Villas Las Mandarinas for welcoming me to this loving community. We have community events as well which is a plus as well.

We moved into a studio here in the beginning of summer, It was great when zully was here and now that she’s gone the management is terrible not on there job at all, We always call them for maintenance we always have issues in the apartment the garbage disposal has not been fixed in 2 weeks now. We want to transfer to a bigger unit because we have a baby on the way im already 8 months pregnant. I was promised a new unit on september 1st then it became early september, then it was tuesday september 23rd now it’s friday september 26th. They knew the apartment had issues but they didn’t tell me until i walked my pregnant ass to the office and asked can we enter the apartment. I have it in messages where I was promised an apartment 9/23/25. another thing we pay for the pool and everything else

Cockroaches in my unit and a restless upstairs neighbor that walks and listens to music inside his apartment like possessed at 2 am. Management hasn’t answered to me about moving to another unit. The common areas are well kept though.
