My experience with the staff and the facility has been amazing from the start. The staff is very helpful and make you feel like family. I would never live here again in my life. I lived there between The end of July 2024 up until this past July 2025. Let me start off by saying that the service requests take absolutely forever. For that entire time of living there, my AC was always an issue. I had called in complaints and sent in messages to the office a handful of times. The emergency line was mostly worthless, and for whatever reason my water would randomly turn off because apparently kids have access to play with the spouts and turn off the water. So when you try to go on the weekends to call half of the time they don’t answer or they take hours to get back to you aren’t even able to fix the issue. I just moved in to a second floor studio apartment an I love it!!! Paulina has been so helpful, friendly and always smiling. The office staff is terrific an always willing to help. For a studio, it is rather large. I have no complaints whatsoever. I know I'm new here and this is my first impression, 6 months from now I'll give another review so I can compare notes.
