Villas at Stonebridge

Very clean and well managed. I submitted a request and the maintenance team were here to fix my leaking refrigerator within the hour! Excellent response and Chad and Nicole make sure everything is done properly.

I strongly encourage anyone considering Villas at Stonebridge to do thorough research before signing a lease. After living here and reading through other reviews, I’ve noticed a pattern of concerns that match my own experience. Several residents have mentioned inconsistent communication, misinformation from the office, and feeling dismissed when raising legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing. In my case, when I brought up specific issues, I was met with responses that felt dismissive and, at times, manipulative. I was told things that directly contradicted previous conversations, and when I questioned it, the situation was reframed in a way that made me feel like I had misunderstood — even though I had documentation. It felt like gaslighting rather than problem-

I didn’t get a chance to report my apartment’s flaws went I first moved in; master bathroom shower head squirted the ceiling, 2 window screens are bent, balcony light was installed upside down, 1 tile in the front entry is cracked. Other than that, the apartment is perfect. Beautiful view.

This is the most peaceful environment I have lived in as far as apartment living. The office staff genuinely care not only about the property, but the residents as well. The property itself is gorgeous.

A very pleasant stay for nearly 3 years! Peaceful surroundings, good amenities, and wonderful support from the leasing office and maintenance staff. Thanks to Nina, Nichole, Chad, and Travis, our stay has been smooth, comfortable, and worry-free!
