Villas at Rowland Heights

My mom and I visited The Villas at Rowland Heights yesterday for our leasing appointment, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience, all thanks to Abby Robles. From the moment we walked in, Abby greeted us with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that immediately made us feel at ease. She took the time to walk us through every detail with patience and positivity, making what could have been a stressful process feel simple and enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism left such a great first impression! My mom is now truly excited to start her new chapter living here. Thank you, Abby, for making our first experience at The Villas such a welcoming and memorable one.

I have lived at The Villas at Rowland Heights for over four years now, and though I really do praise all of the maintenance people who work here, and the women who work in the Rental Office, want to give a special Shout Out to Nancy who works in the office. I find that when I need help with the usual tenant questions and even with some special ones, Nancy has always been so helpful. She is very patient listening to my questions and concerns and shows that she is really sincere in helping me. Glad that Nancy is aboard, helping me and all of the other tenants who live at The Villas at Rowland Heights🙂

Nancy Martinez, as an assistant manager, is down-to-earth and a caring associate. Her demeanor is consistently engaged. Whenever I need assistance, not only does she provide it, but she also goes above and beyond to build a friendly and professional relationship. You do not encounter someone who works in administration and asks about one’s well-being. Her genuine warmth and concerns allow me to approach her with comfort and ease.

The managers here are very patient. Abi Robles was very helpful in the application process. She never lost patience with me nor my mom when we had questions regarding the application process. There is always somebody at the office to take my calls, even on weekends! Thank you guys!

Dear property owner of the Villas at Rowland Heights in response to your reply you stated you were actively working with me on a solution. As of today, I have not heard from anyone.. on June 3, 2024, I and Lorena Wilson from APS (Adult Protective Services )-who looks after my housing and well-being ) visited Steve Chong‘s office to pay the monies for June rent. This money was refused by Chong. A second attempt was made to pay for June rent and it was refused by Chong on July 3 again we tried to pay the rent for June and July this money was refused again by Chong. This statement was given to me by the male receptionist, I had to wait until Monday to talk to Chong because he (the receptionist )could not answer any questions. as I have always maintained and stated I have done nothing wrong.
