NOVO Apartments

My family and I recently moved into this Apartment 15 months ago. The area is really nice and there are stores nearby. Staff has been helpful. In particular Daisy Woods, she is very professional, yet welcoming and when we require assistance she follows up on it in a timely fashion. During the Covid Epidemic, I also noticed Novo had some community events whereby working alongside Apartment Life, this was definitely a great idea, hopefully it continues. In addition, giveaways also was done for the residents during this difficult time, was a great gesture. One of our concerns, are the roaches which comes into the apartment whenever it gets cold. We are very clean residents. We did get the apartment sprayed, but still it's there and it seems even more. Is very annoying because, one has to

Apartments are clean amd modern. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Staff is very helpful amd provides a lot of extra amenities.

Lived at novo for a year and a half. Justin the assistant property manager was SUCH A BLESSING ! Other than that parking is terrible but spacious living room.

I really like this place. Nice manager, sure the swimming pool has been out of order for 4 months but no one really used it. They just need to finish a few of their projects and it will look really good!

DO NOT RENT HERE I AM NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY THE ENTIRE PLACE SMELLS LIKE DOG FECES ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THERES DOG POOP EVERYWHERE PEOPLE DONT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS AND MAINTANENCE DOESNT DO A THING ABOUT IT THERES A BUNCH OF FLIES AND THE DOG POOP BIN IS ALWAYS OVER FLOWED WITH POOP U CANT EVEN OPEN YOUR WINDOW AND THIS IS NOT IMPROVING NOR HAVE I SEEN AN EFFORT TO FIX IT
