Hacienda Gardens

I lived there for over 2 years was my worst nightmare my kids got sick from the mold in the walls and was the main problem roaches everywhere they come through the walls so nothing we could do about it I’m leaving this review because I feel bad for any family with kids will move over there One last thing I had to throw away all my furniture and appliances because of the rats and roaches Stay away !

The worst place to live in. Infested with roaches. Maintenance always do a Mickey Mouse job. There’s no privacy. But if you love noise you might like this place because there 100 kids on there skateboards making all types of noises till 11pm. I HATE THIS PLACE. Don’t live here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t believe the 5 stars. Horrible horrible apartments to live in. A homeless guy wouldn’t want to live there. That photo is from the AC leaking and we asked front office if they can fix it. It’s been 2 weeks now and no answer.

Rented a room from a family 6, who told me they paid about $3500/month. The hallway carpet was SOAKED from a leak that maintenance did nothing about. My bike was stolen and I was told by management they couldn’t get involved because I “wasn’t a legal tenant”. All sorts of shady people have access to this place, dirty, and overpriced as hell! If you have the option to do better,CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLACE

We love the apartment from the moment we moved in, and we have been here for 2 years. The office staff is always very pleasant and professional. Maintenance sometimes does take a while, but it always gets resolved. The club house and swimming pool is very modern and nice. There is always laundry spaces available, so we don't have to fight anyone for it. The patio is being upgraded, and we are very excited for it!!!

I honestly wish I could give this place a zero. Management back then use to be nice with a game room and a functional clubhouse. Now this place is expensive and they keep raising rent. The place smells like marijuana most of the time, It’s dirty and there’s cockroaches everywhere and management does nothing about it. Don’t live here it’s horrible and it’s a rip off!!!!
