Villas at Gulf Coast

Villas at Golf Coast is a wonderful place to call Home. The staff is very friendly and if you have an issue maintenance is on top of their game. Even for a simple smoke detector going off and you need batteries! The community is quiet, clean, And pet friendly. My two dogs love the dog park is their favorite thing to do during the day. What sold me was the villa style Home with a great backyard!!! They also offer garages and reserve parking?

I have been here just under 2 years with my 2 dogs and I can’t say enough good things about the complex! I felt safe and management has addressed any issues that I have had in a timely manner. The location is close to Costco and gulf coast shopping and easy on off the highway. 5 minutes from the airport. Having your own yard makes all the difference! The pool area is always clean and never crowded. I was very comfortable in my one bedroom unit. I would absolutely say this is the place to be if you need a short term or long term rental. I have just relocated and management was very fair and professional with the transition. If I were to complain about anything it is the “valet garbage charge “ I realize it’s a common charge now in all rentals but in my opinion it’s excessive I have shared t

I’ve lived here for almost two years now. Initially, there were some challenges as the complex was new and required inspections as well as some miscommunication, but there has been improvement over time. One of the standout aspects is how well maintained the property is—there’s no trash, no clutter in parking areas, and the grounds are consistently kept dog poo free. Management has also been more consistent about keeping the gates closed, which I appreciate. The value for this area is excellent. you won’t find a better price nearby unless you’re renting a standalone home. The turf yard is a great size and works perfectly for pets to relax and run around. Taking into account there is no gym. Quiet hours. Limited parking. Reservation fees for parking if you want to reserve one. Rental for a new tenant is 1767 and for a continued tenant is 1935. Increasing year over year. Trash doesnt always come. Pest control doesnt unless you call and who wants to reoccurringly call to remind them that you would like them to come. Beautiful units. Mine was brand new at move in. Love the area. Just sad it is so costly for limited amenities and space. Maybe I have too many clothes but the closet is really small for one person let alone two people. Not everyone is friendly which is sad. I visited family that lives in the community and it is gorgeous. I love the villa style and how quiet it was. Everything was clean and well kept up. If I lived in the area I would love to call Villas at Gulf Coast home!
