Villas at Canyon Ranch

We are SO excited to be living in and to be apart of this community! From the moment we signed our lease we felt extremely welcomed into such a quiet and clean home & neighborhood. Our agent, Peggy, was a tremendous help, from getting us in quickly and was great at explaining the process, and prices of what we had and have to pay. Peggy was beyond kind and answered every single question we had, stayed longer hours to get stuff for us done, in order for a quick move-in. I would 10/10 recommend this apartment complex and would highly recommend talking with Peggy if you have any interest in this neighborhood! Extremely happy here!

My experience with Canyon Ranch Luxury Apartments in Yukon, Oklahoma has been outstanding. Peggy Rakes made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Her communication was clear, timely, and genuinely caring. She took the time to thoroughly explain the apartments, amenities, and all logistics, making sure every question was answered with patience and professionalism. Her follow-up was excellent, and she made onboarding the most painless process I’ve ever experienced. After living at the “Villas at Canyon Ranch Apartments” for the last past three weeks, My husband and I can truly say Management, are up on the game. Mr Nick and his responsibilities put you in the character of the Hero Thor, his character compliments him which makes him a perfect fit for the Canyon Ranch Community, I think no job is left undone under his charge, and We can say the same for Ms Peggy. From a vendor perspective, the property is always beautiful, clean, and welcoming upon arrival, which makes our job that much easier. Nick, the manager, and Peggy, the assistant manager, are consistently professional, engaging, and a true pleasure to work with. Their communication and organization help projects run smoothly every time. We truly value our partnership and highly recommend this community.

I loved my loft! The property grounds were always well kept. Nick, Peggy and maintenance staff are incredible folks. I’d definitely rent again. Should you need an awesome apartment community, I highly recommend Villas @ Canyon Ranch!
